Job summary

Pranav Constructions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a proactive professional to lead redevelopment and acquisition initiatives, evaluating opportunities and conducting feasibility analyses while engaging housing societies, landowners, brokers, and consultants.

You will assess FSI, regulations, and commercial viability, build relationships, and represent the company in meetings and negotiations. 2–5 years of relevant experience will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2-5 years in Redevelopment/Business Development/Property Acquisition.
• Experience with cooperative housing societies and redevelopment projects.
• Good understanding of FSI calculations, DCPR norms, redevelopment regulations, and feasibility assessments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to conduct and manage society meetings effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with ability to close redevelopment opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial and technical feasibility studies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility analyses on land potential, market, viability, and redevelopment prospects.
• Assess FSI, development potential, regulations, approvals, and commercial viability.
• Build relationships with housing societies, landowners, brokers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Attend society meetings, redevelopment presentations, and discussions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to society members, committee members, landowners, and management.
• Lead commercial negotiations on redevelopment agreements and terms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, architectural, and technical teams for due diligence.
• Track market trends, redevelopment policies, DCPR regulations, and competitor activities.
• Maintain a pipeline of redevelopment and acquisition projects; update management.

Role & responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate potential redevelopment and property acquisition opportunities in target locations.


• Conduct detailed feasibility analysis including land potential, market assessment, project viability, risk evaluation, and redevelopment prospects.


• Assess project parameters such as FSI (Floor Space Index), development potential, regulations, approvals, and commercial viability.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with housing societies, landowners, brokers, consultants, and key stakeholders.


• Attend and represent the company in society meetings, redevelopment presentations, and stakeholder discussions.


• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to society members, committee members, landowners, and management.


• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations related to redevelopment agreements, acquisitions, and project terms.


• Coordinate with legal, finance, architectural, and technical teams for project due diligence and documentation.


• Track market trends, redevelopment policies, DCPR regulations, and competitor activities.


• Maintain a pipeline of prospective redevelopment and acquisition projects and provide regular status updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Any Bachelor's Degree.


• 2-5 years of experience in Redevelopment, BusinessDevelopment, Property Acquisition, or Real Estate Projects.


• Experience dealing with cooperative housing societies and redevelopment projects will be preferred.


• Good understanding ofFSI calculations, DCPR norms,redevelopment regulations, and project feasibility assessments.
