You will monitor market trends, assist with RERA applications and required compliances, and deliver presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Over3-4 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, MIS and deal structures (DM, JV, JDA, outright).
• Exposure to real estate regulations (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020) and RERA compliances.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of land proposals across Residential and Commercial segments, ensuring compliance with DCPR 2034 and UDCPR 2020.
• Build detailed financial models (RERA-compliant) covering area statements, FSI schedules, cashflows, capital structure, profitability, IRR/NPV, and JV payouts.
• Monitor and update project cash flows of ongoing projects to assess requirements and business impact.
• Collaborate with BD, Liaison, Legal, Sales and other teams for evaluation and implementation.
• Conduct secondary real estate market research, track competition, and prepare transaction documents and strategic reports.
• Assist in RERA applications, registrations and requisite compliances along with documentation.

• 4. Collaborate with BusinessDevelopment, Liaison, Legal, Sales, and other teams for project evaluation andimplementation.
• 5. Conduct secondary real estatemarket research, track competition, and prepare transaction documents, presentations,and strategic reports to support decision-making.
• 6. Assist in RERA applications,registrations and requisite compliances alongwith documentation.
