Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is hiring for an insurance processing role in which you will authorize agencies and employees to conduct insurance business for the insurer. You will process transactions per client SLAs and procedures, ensuring quality and meeting targets to drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires graduates with up to 24 months of experience in BPO/Non-BPO, with insurance experience preferred; fresh B.Com/finance graduates may also be considered for fresher roles.

Qualifications

• Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any BPO/Non BPO in any industry.
• Life, Annuity or Group insurance experience preferred.
• Only graduates will be considered; B.Com/finance graduates may be fresher.
• Prior experience in insurance would be considered.

1. Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any BPO/Non BPO in any industry. We can have people with Life, Annuity or Group insurance experience and not any other industry
2. Only graduates will be considered for this role, However, we can target B.Com/any finance graduate for fresher roles. – No UG and accounting or finance background is also not required here
3. Prior experience working in any insurance would be considered.
