Responsibilities

1. Processing insurance transactions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined turnaround times.


2. Handling policy endorsements and ensuring timely completion of endorsement-related activities.


3. Reviewing transaction requests and validating policy information and supporting documentation.


4. Updating policy and transaction details accurately in the relevant systems.


5. Coordinating with internal teams for resolving transaction discrepancies and process-related queries.


6. Maintaining transaction records and ensuring compliance with defined quality and process standards.

Requirements

1. Possessing 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, transaction processing, or policy servicing.


2. Having hands-on experience in insurance transaction processes and policy endorsements.


3. Having General Insurance (GI) experience will be preferred; candidates from other insurance segments can also be considered.


4. Demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process orientation.


5. Possessing good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.


6. Holding a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant insurance or operations experience.


7. Being available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
