Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks an experienced EA/PA to support the Director. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating with Manufacturing & Quality teams, and arranging travel for senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of EA/PA experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, pharma, or medical devices, and hold a BBA or Commerce-related degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BBA, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as EA/PA to Director, MD, or Senior Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or medical devices will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing & Quality Teams for MIS & follow-ups.
• Handle travel arrangements, visitors, and external coordination while maintaining confidentiality.
