The Opportunity We are looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role the person who will act as a trusted extension of the MD, staying attuned to priorities while managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination with speed and precision.

Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule with zero-error precisionAct as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, investors, clients, and external stakeholdersHandle highly confidential business, financial, and strategic information with absolute discretionDraft, review, and proofread emails, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MDTrack action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closureCoordinate with department heads to gather updates, MIS reports, and briefing materials for the MDPrioritize and filter incoming requests, emails, and calls flagging what's urgent vs. what can waitOrganize and prepare materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and leadership reviewsManage travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and expense reportingAnticipate the MD's needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalatemaintain meticulous records and documentation systems.Represent the MD's office professionally in all internal and external interactions
MBA is preferred from a reputed Institute3 to 5 years of an experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting CXO/MD/Founder-level leadershipProven ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with complete integrity and discretionExceptional turnaround time fast, accurate, and dependable under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsExtremely well organized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenHigh ownership mindsetProficient in MS Office and scheduling tools
