Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings,
- appointments, and travel
- Act as a primary point of contact between executives, internal/external
- stakeholders,vendors,Clients
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting
- materials
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes; follow up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters requiring executive attention
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with office operations and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
