Job summary

Mumbai Rozgaar in Navi Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate customer requirements, manage orders, and ensure smooth communication between sales, customers and internal departments.

You will prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, track orders and payments, and coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics and accounts teams. Maintain sales MIS and customer databases while handling queries and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / Order Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with sales data and reports.
