Job summary

Mumbai Rozgaar in Navi Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate customer requirements, manage orders and ensure smooth communication between sales, customers and internal departments.

The role requires a graduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and ERP/CRM proficiency, and excellent coordination skills. Location is Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai with a 10:00 AM–6:00 PM workday, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and ERP/CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage sales data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders, enquiries and requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and sales-related documentation.
• Track orders, deliveries, payments and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics and accounts teams.
• Maintain accurate sales MIS, reports and customer databases.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor sales targets, pending orders and follow-up activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
