The ideal candidate will have strong experience in calendar management, executive coordination, business communication, travel planning, documentation, and stakeholder management.
This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and coordinate effectively with internal teams, investors, clients, and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is mature, dependable, well‑organized, proactive, and highly professional, with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leadership rather than simply respond to instructions.
The candidate should be comfortable interacting with HNI clients, investors, business leaders, and senior executives and should maintain complete confidentiality in all business matters.
