Job summary

Tofflon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive after-sales support professional in Hyderabad to manage spare parts, AMC, modifications, and service sales. You will coordinate with the service team and customers, prepare quotations, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires strong customer relationship skills, payment follow-up, and effective cross-functional communication to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in after-sales support and service sales.
• Ability to prepare quotations and follow up within defined timelines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales spare parts, AMC, modification, and service sales.
• Collect payments as per agreed terms.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service requirements.
• Assign issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit quotations within defined timelines.
• Respond to RFQs within 2 working days.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery as per PO.
• Maintain relationships to generate repeat enquiries and orders.
• Follow up on pending payments and submitted quotations.
• Coordinate with Service Team to identify part numbers and customer requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and via email.

Job description

• Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service requirements.
• Assign customer issues to the appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit quotations within the defined timelines.
• Respond to RFQs within 2 working days.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery as per the customer PO.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat enquiries and orders.
• Follow up on pending payments.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and track their status.
• Coordinate with the Service Team and customers to identify the correct part numbers and customer requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain relevant information and communication through email.
• Track customer POs and ensure advance payments are collected as per agreed payment terms.
