Job summary

Aarvi Encon in Navi Mumbai is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive spare parts and consumables sales for access platform equipment. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, coordinate with service engineers, and ensure timely processing of POs and quotes.

Responsibilities include maintaining the sales funnel, negotiating contracts, and preparing quotations while tracking forecasts and market trends to inform strategy and growth.

• Responsible for Spares Parts/Consumables Sales In bound & Out Bound
• Conduct regular reviews with Service Engineers for lead generation & RFQ.
• Ensure OCF is sent to commercial team within 1/2 working day from receipt of PO
• Validation of Customer POs as per the agreed terms & forward to commercial department for further process
• Joint visit with Service engineers to potential customer
• In depth knowledge of Government Tendering / GeM Portal
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
• Effective use of Sales Force.
• To maintain & update Sales funnel
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for spare parts and components related to access platform equipment.
• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities for spare parts sales through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
