Job summary

SS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Operations specialist to manage SAP, TMS, and MS Excel-driven planning from a home-based setup in Gurgaon, India.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet SLA/KPI targets, monitor performance with MIS reports, and ensure smooth end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP, TMS, MS Excel and logistics planning applications.
• Experience coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to meet SLA/KPI.
• Knowledge of Demand Planning and Inventory Management including DOH, SKU planning, and replenishment.
• Ability to resolve operational issues and maintain effective business relationships.
• Understanding of end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Analyse operational data and prepare MIS/reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.
• Ensure timely resolution of system, planning, warehouse, and transportation-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
• Manage and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure achievement of defined SLA, KPI, and service-level objectives.

• Manage and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure achievement of defined SLA, KPI, and service-level objectives.
• Knowledge of Demand Planning and Inventory Management, including stock availability, DOH (Days on Hand), SKU planning, replenishment requirements, and urgent/same-day order management.
• Customer handling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues and maintain effective business relationships.
• Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
