Job summary

Grand Chemical Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an MIS Executive (TMS) to oversee logistics data, reports, and dashboards from IMT Faridabad, Sector 69.

Male candidates only, with hands-on TMS experience and a logistics background, will handle MIS generation and cost tracking. Salary up to 35,000 CTC per month. You will prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, develop dashboards, consolidate ERP/TMS data, and highlight exceptions and risks.

Qualifications

• Practical hands-on experience with TMS software required.
• Candidates from logistics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and logistics operations.
• Develop and update dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
• Consolidate reports using data from ERP and TMS and current Excel sheets.
• Manage transportation and shipment costs (per shipment rate).
• Compile data for monthly SCM expense provisions.
• Maintain performance reports for SCM staff, transporters, customers, and locations.
• Highlight exceptions, delays, and operational risks.
• Create KPI dashboards for SCM leadership.
• Track each shipment in detail from dispatch to delivery.

5. Manage the transportation & Shipment cost. (Per Shipment Rate).
6. Manage the data for monthly provision for SCM expenses.
7. Maintain Performance report for SCM Staff, Transporters, Customer wise & Location Wise.
8. Highlight exceptions, delays, and operational risks.
9. Create KPI dashboards for SCM leadership.
10. Track every shipment in micro level, like, dispatch date & Time to Delivery Date & Time include with all challenges.
