Job summary

Bhagwati Techno Fab in Haryana, India is seeking a skilled Dispatch Coordinator to manage end-to-end dispatch activities. You will plan and execute schedules, coordinate vehicles and loading, and ensure accurate packing and documentation to meet customer delivery requirements.

The role requires meticulous data entry in ERP/SAP, ongoing tracking of plan vs. actual performance, and close collaboration with PPC, Stores, Production and Transport teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute dispatch schedules based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle placement, loading, and transport for timeliness.
• Ensure correct packing, labeling, quantities, and documents.
• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, challans and related documents.
• Track customer-specific dispatch needs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify FG and WIP stock prior to dispatch.
• Enter and maintain accurate dispatch data in ERP/SAP.
• Monitor plan vs actual dispatch quantities and resolve delays.
• Track OTIF performance to meet required quantities.
• Liaise with PPC, Stores, Production and Transport teams.

Key Skills

1. Dispatch Planning & Scheduling Prepare and execute dispatch plans according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
2. Vehicle Arrangement & Loading Coordination – Coordinate vehicle placement, material loading, and transportation to ensure timely dispatch.
3. Material Packing & Dispatch Documentation – Ensure proper packing, labeling, quantity verification, and preparation of dispatch documents.
4. Invoice, E-Way Bill & Challan Handling – Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents.
5. Customer-Wise Dispatch Follow-up – Monitor customer-wise dispatch requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
6. Stock Verification (FG & WIP) – Verify Finished Goods (FG) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) stock before dispatch.
7. ERP / SAP Data Entry – Maintain accurate dispatch entries, stock transactions, and material movement records in ERP/SAP.
8. Dispatch Plan vs. Actual Monitoring – Track planned and actual dispatch quantities and identify dispatch delays or shortages.
9. OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Performance Tracking – Monitor delivery performance to ensure materials reach customers on time and in the required quantities.
10. Coordination with PPC, Stores, Production & Transporters – Coordinate with the Planning, Stores, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
