Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions in Navi Mumbai, India is seeking a dynamic Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.

The role covers end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, RFQ handling, SAP MM PO creation, vendor coordination, and data upkeep in Excel. You will strengthen the supplier base and negotiate effectively while ensuring policy compliance across stores, planning, and accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle experience.
• Experience with RFQs and obtaining vendor quotations.
• Purchase Orders creation in SAP MM.
• Cross-functional coordination with stores, planning and accounts.
