Job summary

Billed Right, located in Chennai, is seeking a Patient Caller (Executive) to manage patient accounts, address billing concerns, and negotiate to collect unpaid debt. The role involves making inbound and outbound calls, reviewing tickets, and coordinating with the Patient & EDI Relations team.

The candidate should have 3+ years of inpatient calling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy. Night shifts are required in EST/PST time zones.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inpatient calling is mandatory.
• Experience in AR would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 40 wpm and above with 90% accuracy.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
• IMS & eCW software knowledge would be an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in inpatient calling.
• Immediate joiners.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal tickets & queries from Client.
• Manage daily inbound/outbound calls and voicemails.
• Review patient tickets and assign to respective team if necessary.
• Answer inbound calls routed to the queue and complete outbound calls as assigned.
• Support payment collections by discussing balances and arranging payment plans.

JobPurpose:

Patient calling representativesaddress patients concerns about their accounts, help with billing issues andnegotiate to collect unpaid debt. Their duties include creating payment plansand taking patients payments. When a patients account has an overdue balance,the patient account rep calls the patient to discuss recovering the payment.Good communication skills help working with patients and clearly explainingpolicies and details.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Should be responsible towork on internal tickets & tickets\\queries received from Client.
• Should be responsible towork on Voice mails received on a daily basis apart from attending inbounds andoutbound calls.

Daily Routine

• Answer Inbound calls that is being routed to his queue line
• Outbound calls if any to be completed which was assigned by other Teams
• Review tickets from patients and answer those and assign it to respectively team if necessary.
