Job summary

Legacy Med Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking dedicated Patient Callers to handle doctor appointment calls and assist patients on the phone. The role involves greeting callers professionally, scheduling and confirming appointments, and explaining forms and payment policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of strong experience in patient calling.
• Good communication skills with inbound calls and experience in a medical billing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling patient calls for doctor appointments

• Greet patients on call professionally and courteously.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments on call.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations when applicable.
• Explain registration forms, consent documents, and payment policies to patients on call.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A Candidate should have a minimum of 1 Year of Strong Experience in Patient Calling, with good communication, Inbound calls, and working with a leading Medical billing company
