Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AR Caller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in US Medical Billing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), insurance claim follow-up, denial management, and payment posting. The candidate must be capable of handling payer calls independently and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
• Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
• Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs to identify payment issues.
• Work on aging reports to reduce outstanding AR.
• Handle appeals and claim resubmissions based on payer guidelines.
• Ensure maximum reimbursement by resolving claim-related issues promptly.
• Document all actions and call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve coding and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.
• Stay updated with payer policies, HIPAA regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
