Job description

Responding to a high volume of in-bound /out-bound calls. Interacting with Patients, Clinicians, Office Staff, Hospitals, Pharmacy’s, Clinics, Home Care and, Insurance Companies. Scheduling patients according to company guidelines. Flexibility to work based on the work schedule.

Key Responsibility Area

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to engage potential and existing patients.
• Bridge the communication gap between doctors and patients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Accurately document call details, patient information, and follow-ups in the EHR system.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while reconciling patient needs with provider availability.
• Conduct cold calls using provided leads to generate appointments and convert inquiries into sales.
• Educate patients on services, treatment options, and benefits to drive enrollment.
• Follow up with interested patients to increase conversion and reduce no-show rates.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer service while handling objections professionally.
• Update and maintain accurate patient and lead records in CRM/EHR systems.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and data protection standards (HIPAA).

Requirements
