Billed Right HealthCare Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated patient calling representative in Chennai to address patient billing concerns and negotiate payment plans. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, review tickets, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

A focus on accuracy and clear communication is essential. Candidates with 3+ years of inpatient calling experience, AR exposure, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient calling is mandatory.
• AR experience would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing 40 wpm and above with 90% accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Night shift availability: 8 AM–5 PM EST or PST aligned with IST.
• IMS and eCW software knowledge would be an added advantage.
• 3+ years of inpatient calling experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls from queues and tickets.
• Address billing concerns and negotiate payment plans with patients.
• Review tickets and route to the appropriate team when needed.

ReportsTo: Asst. Manager (PatientCalling)

JobPurpose:

Patient calling representatives address patients' concerns about their accounts, help with billing issues and negotiate to collect unpaid debt. Their duties include creating payment plans and taking patients' payments. When a patient's account has an overdue balance,the patient account rep calls the patient to discuss recovering the payment.Good communication skills help working with patients and clearly explaining policies and details.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Should be responsible towork on internal tickets & tickets\queries received from Client.
• Should be responsible towork on Voice mails received on a daily basis apart from attending inbounds andoutbound calls.

Daily Routine

• Answer Inbound calls thatis being routed to his queue line
• Outbound calls if any tobe completed which was assigned by other Teams
• Review tickets frompatients and answer those and assign it to respective team if necessary.

Skillsand Competencies:

• Prior experience inpatient calling is mandatory.
• Experience in AR would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 40 wpmand above with 90% accuracy.
• Good knowledge in MS excel and word.
• Flexible with Night shifttimings 8 AM to 5PM EST (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST) and 8 AM to 5 PM PST (8.30 PM to5.30 AM IST).
• Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
• IMS & eCW softwareknowledge would be an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience inpatient calling.
