You will reconcile systems, monitor overdue items, prepare reports, and support month‑end close with timely communication with vendors and internal teams.

• Monitor open and overdue items and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain reports; gather and analyse data when needed.
• Support month‑end/quarter/end close with documentation.
• Work hours cover ANZ/ASPAC/UK/Europe/US shifts to support Business Partners.

Job description

The Payment Analyst ensures all invoices are approved appropriately and paid on time, and resolves less complex issues as and

when necessary while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational

excellence and compliance.

• Perform prompt and accurate recording of third party supplier invoices into the ledgers in line with relevant

requirements, policies and procedures.

• Reconcile the relevant system and journals, and ensure that all invoices are approved appropriately and paid on time.
• Monitor open and overdue items and communicate and follow-up accordingly with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Gather, collate and analyse data as and when necessary in order to prepare and maintain various reports as and when

needed.

• Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues that have been escalated, or further escalated to the necessary parties.
• Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
• Working hours (ANZ/ASPAC/UK/Europe/US shift) to support Business Partners.

Expectations

• Invoices payments need to be processed and verified in an accurate and timely manner within tight deadlines.
• Payments reviewed thoroughly to ensure completeness and accuracy to safeguard the company from financial and

reputational risk.

• High level of familiarity with the systems used in order to maintain and reconcile the Payables system to ensure it

balances correctly.

• Liaising with vendors and colleagues in different time zones and potentially in different languages requiring rigorous

coordination between teams.
