Job summary

IBM in Bengaluru is seeking a Process Analyst/Senior Process Analyst for Procure to Pay (P2P) operations. You will manage invoice processing, vendor master maintenance, and expense workflows, ensuring timely and accurate financial entries and reconciliation across multiple channels.

The role requires you to handle PO-based and non-PO invoices, resolve vendor queries, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure approvals and coding while meeting SLA targets. Shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and vendor/master data handling.
• Ability to resolve invoice issues and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Understanding of SLA adherence and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Involved in creating, modifying, verifying, and cleansing the Vendor Master.
• Identify duplicate Vendor Master records and ensure accurate invoice receipt and processing.
• Record invoices both PO-based and non-PO based, including un-supported invoices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for coding, approvals, and resolving blocked invoices.
• Ensure timely payment entries in accounting software for manual and automatic requests.
• Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, and verify payment proposals.
• Handle vendor statement reconciliation queries via calls and emails.
• Adhere to client SLAs and timelines.

Role & responsibilities

As Process Analyst/ Senior Process Analyst - Procure to Pay (P2P), you are responsible for Invoice processing, Vendor master management, Query resolution, Travel and Expense, Indexing, and Invoice reconciliation. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Involved in creating, modifying, verifying, and cleansing the Vendor Master.


• Identify duplicate records for the Vendor Master and ensure accurate maintenance of invoice receipt, verification, and processing.


• Recording of invoices both Purchase Order based, and Non-Purchase Order based (Un-supported Invoices),


• Coordinate with various stakeholders, obtaining coding, approval, and resolving issues around blocked invoices.


• Ensuring that payment and expense entries are promptly recorded in the accounting software, encompassing both manual and automatic payment requests.


• Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payments, recover funds, and verify and execute payment proposals.


• Involved in handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation through calls and emails.


• Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines.
