Job summary

Quess IT Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Pune to ensure accurate and timely recording and payment of third-party supplier invoices. You will adhere to policies and procedures while driving for exceptional service, operational excellence and compliance.

The role requires establishing relationships with stakeholders at various levels of seniority, resolving escalated issues, and implementing continuous improvement in the invoice processing process.

Qualifications

• Invoices need to be indexed, processed and verified in an accurate and timely manner within tight deadlines.
• Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders of different levels of seniority.
• Provide invoice processing advice to staff across the FBT and its Business Partners.
• Implement best practices for the invoice processing process and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Record and pay third party supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Track and resolve outstanding issues that have been escalated, or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in invoice processing.
• Manage complex portfolios across regions with changing requirements.

• Provide invoice processing related advice and information to staff across the FBT and its Business
• Partners as and when required. The role is expected to provide extensive & value added analysis with
