Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand objectives, budgets, and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to deliver event concepts and layouts.
• Prepare event timelines, task sheets, and contingency plans.

• Ensure adherence to budgets and cost controls.
• Handle team allocation, staff briefing, and operational efficiency.
