Job summary

Ilink Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Events Curator to conceptualise, curate and execute premium events across fashion, beauty, culture, lifestyle and luxury. You will develop unique event concepts and IPs such as awards, summits, panel discussions, launches and masterclasses.

The role involves collaborating with editorial, creative, marketing and digital teams to ensure events are creatively strong and commercially viable, with end-to-end ownership from concept to on-ground delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and curate event concepts, IPs and programs.

The Events Curator will be responsible for conceptualising, curating and executing premium events and experiential properties across fashion, beauty, culture, lifestyle and luxury.

The role involves developing unique event concepts and IPs such as awards, summits, panel discussions, fashion and beauty experiences, cultural events, launches, dinners, workshops and masterclasses.

The candidate will work closely with editorial, creative, marketing, commercial and digital teams to create experiences that are both creatively strong and commercially viable.

Job Description :

• Creating new event concepts and event IPs
• Developing themes, agendas and event formats
• Curating speakers, celebrities, designers, creators, experts and industry leaders
• Managing panel discussions, summits, awards and premium experiences
• Building relationships with luxury and premium brands
• Working with commercial teams on sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Coordinating with event agencies, venues, production partners, PR teams and vendors
• Managing guest lists, invitations, speaker coordination and rehearsals
• Handling event timelines, budgets and production requirements
• Ensuring smooth on-ground event execution
• Working with digital/social teams to create pre-event, live and post-event content
• Maintaining a premium and sophisticated brand experience

Profile Description :

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in event curation, experiential marketing, luxury/fashion/lifestyle events, media events or cultural programming.

They should be a combination of creative thinker + strong event executor.
