Job summary

GCC Pulse seeks an independent, proactive Events & Community Manager to own our events and community initiatives. You will manage roundtables, webinars, leadership events, networking programs, and community initiatives from planning through execution and post-event engagement.

You will build relationships with GCC leaders and professionals, coordinate with sponsors, venues, and vendors, and work with editorial and marketing teams to create content opportunities around events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in events, community, media, publishing, conferences, B2B marketing, or related field.
• Candidates from a similar industry/field will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and execution abilities.
• Independent, self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable using new-age productivity, AI and digital tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and digital community tools.
• Able to connect the dots across people, conversations, data, content and opportunities.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Location

The role is based out of our Hebbal, Bengaluru office.Applicants should ideally reside within a 5 km radius of the office and be comfortable working from the office regularly.
