• Handle fabrication, logistics, setup, dismantling, and onsite execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and operational quality.
• Lead operations for the respective project and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and manage high-pressure situations professionally.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Production personnel to lead end-to-end execution across events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete event/exhibition operations from planning to execution
• Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, and internal departments
• Handle fabrication, logistics, setup, dismantling, and onsite execution
• Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and operational quality
• Lead operations for the respective project and ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in events/exhibitions/experiential marketing
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable with travel and flexible event schedules

Must have:

• Agency/event industry background
• Experience with exhibitions, corporate events, retail activations, or large-format productions
