Job summary

CRAZY OWL MARKETING is seeking an on-site Event Manager in Gurugram to lead end-to-end events. You will plan concepts, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate venues and vendors, and ensure a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.

You will collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate events with broader campaigns, handle event communications and materials, and drive performance analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong event planning and project management skills with timelines, budgets and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external vendors with stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience integrating events with marketing initiatives, preferably in social media, branding or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create clear briefs and updates.
• Proven ability to work on-site, handle multiple events, and adapt to fast-paced requirements.
• Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality attendee and client experiences.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or related field.
• Experience as an Event Manager or in a coordination role within marketing/branding agencies is a plus.

Role Description

The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role also involves monitoring event performance, collecting feedback, preparing reports, and continuously improving event processes.
