Job summary

Ohvow Events Consultancy Llp in Delhi is seeking a client-focused events coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate with senior management, and drive bookings for wedding, hospitality, and luxury events.

You will schedule meetings, share portfolios, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires professional presentation, excellent communication, and willingness to work in a field-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wedding, hospitality, banquet, luxury venue, or event sales preferred.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfortable with field work and travel within the area.

Responsibilities

• Client Coordination & Inquiry Management from initial contact to booking.
• Pitch and present our event planning, décor, production, and wedding services.
• Schedule and attend client meetings; share company portfolio and references.
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with senior management during premium client meetings; handle smaller meetings and closures.
• Ensure timely token and balance payments and maintain client communication until event completion.

Role & responsibilities

• Client Coordination & Inquiry Management
• Pitch our event planning, dcor, production, and wedding services
• Schedule and attend client meetings
• Share company portfolio, presentations, and previous work references
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Coordination & Closures

• Coordinate with senior management during premium client meetings
• Independently handle smaller ticket-size meetings and closures
• Ensure timely token payments and balance payment collection
• Maintain proper communication with clients until event completion

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in wedding, hospitality, banquet, luxury venue, or event sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and professional personality
• Comfortable with field work and client-facing role
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and client coordination
