Job summary

Destiny Group Entertainers Pvt. Ltd. in Surat, Gujarat is seeking an energetic Event Marketing & Production Executive to drive client acquisition and oversee on-site production for weddings, exhibitions, and corporate events.

You will generate leads, prepare proposals and budgets, coordinate with venues, vendors and internal teams, and ensure flawless event execution from concept to completion. Strong communication and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Event Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event marketing/production.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible professional who can contribute to both event marketing and on-ground production.

Job Title: Event Marketing & Production Executive

Event Marketing & Client Coordination

• Generate new business leads through calls, references, networking and field visits.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their event requirements.
• Prepare event concepts, presentations, proposals and basic cost estimates.
• Follow up with enquiries and support the conversion of leads into confirmed business.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, vendors and industry partners.
• Coordinate with the creative, production and accounts teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain updated enquiry, follow-up and client records.
• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, networking events and digital-marketing campaigns.

Event Production & Execution

• Conduct venue visits, site inspections and technical recce.
• Prepare event checklists, production schedules, layouts and requirement lists.
• Coordinate with decorators, fabricators, sound, lighting, LED, hospitality, manpower and other vendors.
• Supervise event setup, execution and dismantling.
• Ensure that all arrangements are completed according to the approved design, timeline and budget.
• Monitor production quality, branding placement, guest movement and safety requirements.
• Handle last-minute operational challenges calmly and professionally.
• Prepare post-event reports, vendor records and event documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma/Degree holder in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. (Any Graduate)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event marketing, event production, weddings, exhibitions or corporate events.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to prepare basic budgets, quotations, presentations and production checklists.
• Good command of Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and event days.
• Candidates with their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
