2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Kochi seeks an Automobile Technician for a frontline service role with our client, a leading Indian ride-sharing company, offering hands-on repairs, diagnostics and customer-facing duties.

Only male candidates with at least 6 months’ experience in an automobile service environment are invited. Salary ₹19,000–₹23,000 per month plus PF, ESIC and incentives; training on Getafix, Zendesk and Telematics Command Centre will be provided to ensure quick onboarding and safe

Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and professionally.
• Verify service requests and capture VOC in the system.
• Communicate effectively by phone and in person.
• Provide customers with repair updates.
• Diagnose scooter to determine repairs required.
• Update diagnosis in Getafix WMS.
• Perform repairs and final vehicle inspection as requested.
• Track complaints in Zendesk and update live.
• Operate Getafix and ensure adherence.
• Update status and ETA in CRM and WMS.
• Check scooter health in Telematics for deep diagnosis.
• Knowledge of OLA Scooter.
• Able to repair/replace scooter parts.
• Stay updated on OLA EV tech updates.
• Adhere to processes; bays clearly marked.
• Invoicing and payment collection.
• Keep bays free of foreign materials.
• Audit inventory; reconcile system & physical.
• Perform GRN and maintain inventory.
• Manage warranty part reverse logistics to main workshop.
• Wear uniform and PPE.
• Use PPE and proper tool handling.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is in place.

About Client:

Our Client is an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, It also operates in other business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Receiving customer with smile and greet himwith Politeness, courteousness and professionalism
  
• Verify the service requests made bycustomers & Capture VOC of the customer and update in the system
  
• Conversational skill for telephonic as wellas face to face discussion
  
• Customer communications about repairupdates
  
• Analyse and Diagnose the Scooter toidentify number and type of repairs applicable
  
• Update the diagnosis report in the WMS(Getafix)
  
• Perform repairs & final inspection onthe vehicle if the desired repairs as per the customer Voice is performed
  
• Track the Customer complaint in Zendesk andupdate the system on live basis
  
• Operate Workshop Management System(Getafix) and ensure 100 % adherence
  
• Update operational Status and ETA on timelybasis in both CRM and WMS systems
  
• Check for scooter health in TelematicsCommand centre for deep diagnosis
  

4. Technical Repairs

• Service Champion should be fully equippedwith knowledge on OLA Scooter
  
• Could able to repair/replace all the partsof the scooter
  
• Ensure he/she is updated on OLA technicalcurricular, news bulletin on EV
  

5. Process and Operational

• Process adherence at Experience Centre andalso ensure bays are clearly marked for Vehicle/Scooters.
  
• Invoicing and Payment Collections
  
• Ensure bays are free from any foreignmaterials and fit for serviceability
  

6. Parts Operation

• Auditing the inventory and ensure systemand physical inventory is same
  
• Perform GRN and maintain Inventory atExperience Centre
  
• Ensuring Warranty part reverse logistics tothe Mother workshop
  

7. Safety and Compliance

• Wear Uniform and Protective Gear whilerepairing scooter
  
• Use Protective Gear and proper handling ofTool Kits while repairing scooter
  
• Ensure fire fighting equipments are inplace to ensure fire handling
