Job summary

Capgemini in Navi Mumbai is seeking a POSH & GRC Lead to own the organization’s POSH framework and broader compliance initiatives. You will manage the POSH Office and IC, ensure statutory compliance, and drive confidential handling of complaints with a governance mindset.
