Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned legal professional to manage civil, criminal, IPR, arbitration and other commercial litigations across India. You will provide in-house support to external counsels, draft filings and contracts, and align with compliance teams.

You will build dashboards and MIS reports for leadership, track regulatory developments, and help implement SOPs and training to strengthen governance and risk mitigation in a tech-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with civil, criminal, IPR, arbitration and commercial litigation across India.
• Excellent communication for interaction with advocates and law firms.
• Review and negotiate contracts related to real estate and commercial matters.
• Assist in drafting/completing compliance-related SOPs and trainings.
• Support internal compliance reviews and audit/regulatory responses.

Responsibilities

• Manage all civil, criminal, IPR, clients, arbitration and other commercial litigations in India.
• Provide in-house support to external counsels and prepare necessary information/documents.
• Prepare, review and analyze litigation data and senior leadership MIS reports.
• Draft, vet and negotiate real estate contracts and leases.
• Lead with integrity and support cross-jurisdictional legal needs.
