Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks a leader to drive GenAI, agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformations across engineering teams. You will design and implement RAG pipelines, embedding AI-powered solutions, and integrate AI with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and SonarQube.

You will lead 300+ engineers in adopting SDD and AI-assisted software delivery practices, shaping transformation roadmaps and delivering tangible business value for clients and Capgemini.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI, RAG, and prompt engineering experience.
• Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software development.
• Led large-scale engineering transformations (300+ engineers).

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, Vector DBs, embeddings, and AI-powered solutions.
