Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking a CEGID Y2 POS specialist to support 24/7 retail operations, focusing on Sales, Store Ops, Inventory and Promotions. You will resolve Level 2 incidents and coordinate with SMEs to implement robust solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, ITIL, and ServiceNow skills, experience with CEGID Y2 POS, and a proactive RCA mindset to keep critical POS systems running smoothly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CEGID Y2 POS application and POS systems.
• Experience in 24/7 retail store production support and L2 issue resolution.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• L2 fixes for Sales, Store Operations, Inventory, Loyalty, and Promotions.
• Provide 24/7 production support and monitor backend interfaces.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with SMEs and process owners to design solutions.
