Job summary

Capgemini India seeks a Senior GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation expert to lead across engineering teams. You will design and implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered engineering solutions, driving adoption of Spec Driven Development and AI-assisted software delivery.

You will integrate AI with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, SonarQube, and other tooling, and define transformation roadmaps while engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Senior GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation across engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI development tools.
• Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software engineering practices.

Responsibilities
