Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks an Ethics & Compliance Investigator to lead whistleblower investigations, prepare robust reports, and ensure effective implementation of recommendations across functions. This role partners with HR, Legal and business units to strengthen governance and risk controls.

The position supports training development and awareness initiatives, with a focus on maintaining a compliant and ethical organization across hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in ethics/compliance programs and investigations.
• Ability to prepare training materials and deliver trainings.
• Knowledge of whistleblower mechanisms and grievance handling.
• Strong collaboration across HR, Legal and business units.
• Ability to identify process gaps for fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations under the whistleblower mechanism and prepare investigation reports.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to implement recommendations.
• Proactively review processes to identify gaps that may lead to misconduct.
• Participate in and lead group initiatives on ethics and compliance.
