Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a hands-on lawyer to join a global team and advise on IT and commercial issues and transactions across a wide range of agreements, including GenAI, DPAs, SOWs, and inter‑company contracts.

You will lead or support negotiations with global suppliers, partners, and clients, coordinating with business, procurement, finance, and delivery teams to close contracts in a scalable, compliant manner. The role emphasizes hybrid work arrangements.
