DEE Development Engineers Ltd. in Haryana seeks a Proposal & Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience from piping/heavy fabrication industry.

You will handle costing of skids/modules/piping and manage proposal/estimation activities end-to-end. Exposure to consolidation of commercial clarifications and deviations for tender documents, and techno-commercial discussions with clients for negotiations are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in costing of Skids/ Modules/ Piping.
• Experience in handling proposal / estimation.
• Exposure in preparation & consolidation of commercial clarification & deviations for tender documents.
• Resolving tender deviations / clarifications with client through techno commercial discussion & negotiations.
• Preparation of techno commercial offer & price bids.
• Preparation of presentation reports comparisons for submission of competitive proposal.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cost estimates for skid/module piping projects.
• Support proposal team with technical and commercial data.
• Consolidate tender documents and clarify deviations.
• Engage with clients for techno-commercial discussions.
• Prepare offers and price bids for bids.
