Job summary

Rm Shah Management Consultants is seeking an experienced engineer to prepare technical and commercial proposals for skid packages and modular systems. The role requires expertise in drawings, P&IDs, datasheets, and BOMs, with a strong costing background across materials and fabrication.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years in skid manufacturing, process equipment, modular fabrication, EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical or heavy engineering industries.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production engineering (B.Tech/B.E) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for skid packages, process skids, modular systems, piping modules and related equipment.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets, BOQ/MTO and specifications.
• Analyze costing across material, fabrication, piping, structural, instrumentation and electrical domains.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ASME/API/IEC/ASTM/ANSI/AWS).
• Leverage MS Excel and ERP tools for estimation and project costing.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, negotiation and presentation skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for skid packages, process skids, modular systems, piping modules, and related equipment
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets, BOQ/MTO and specifications.
• Strong understanding of material, fabrication, piping, structural, instrumentation and electrical costing
• Knowledge of applicable ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, AWS, IEC and other relevant standards is desirable.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems; experience with estimation/ERP tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-18 Yrs of experience in skid manufacturing, process equipment, modular fabrication, EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or heavy engineering industries would be preferred.
• Qualification - B. Tech / B.E (Mech. / Production)
