Job summary

VS Craft Facades in Coimbatore is seeking a detail-oriented Facade Estimator to accurately evaluate project requirements, prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates, and contribute to delivering high-performance façade solutions on landmark projects.

You will review drawings, specifications and materials such as aluminium systems, glass, and cladding, coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams, and support tendering and budgeting to help win bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of façade domain experience
• Strong knowledge of façade systems & materials
• Willing to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Applications without façade experience will not be considered

Job Title: Facade Estimator

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Facade Estimator who can accurately evaluate project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and contribute to delivering high-quality façade solutions.

If you understand façade systems inside-out and love working on real-world projects, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for façade projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
• Evaluate materials like aluminium systems, glass, and cladding
• Assist in tendering and project budgeting

Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in façade domain (MANDATORY)
• Strong knowledge of façade systems & materials
• Must be willing to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Applications without façade experience will NOT be considered

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Mode: On-site
