Job summary

SOBHA is seeking a cost estimation professional to prepare accurate BOQs, quantify materials and generate cost estimates for complex projects across our portfolio.

You will analyse drawings and specifications to identify material, labor and equipment needs, perform rate analyses, and prepare detailed cost breakdowns. Collaboration with design, procurement and site teams is essential to ensure timely submissions and effective cost control throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Facade estimation experience preferred.
