Responsibilities include preparing cost analyses, negotiating technical and commercial terms, and managing e-tender searches and document preparation. Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals is essential.

Job description

• Evaluating & Preparing Bill Of Material , tender documents.
• Preparing and evaluating cost analysis with supplier quotation.
• Negotiations with supplier on both technical and commercial aspects of products.
• Quotation preparation on Fire pump room and hydrant system , Fire sprinkler system Gas suppression system.
• Searching & Downloading E Tenders from E Portals
• Evaluating tender / Bid documents & schedules
• Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender documents & pre-bid queries
• Preparation of tender costing
• Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications
• Responsible for timely submission of tenders, follow-up
• Coordinate with engineers, project team, management and client
• Proficient in MS Office, Online Tender Search
