Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Fire Protection Estimator/Tendering Specialist to lead costing, tender submissions and BOQ preparations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

You will review drawings, perform QTO/BOQ, source vendor quotes, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring NFPA standards compliance and safe, cost-effective design.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems: Sprinkler, Hydrant, Foam, CO, FM-200, etc.
• Understanding of hydraulic calculations and fire protection system design.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local Civil Defense/Fire Safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications & scope for fire protection projects.
• Prepare accurate QTO, BOQ & BOM.
• Estimate material, manpower, equipment & subcontractor costs.
• Source, evaluate & negotiate supplier/vendor quotations.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Conduct site surveys and identify project requirements/challenges.
• Perform value engineering for cost optimization while maintaining safety & compliance.
