Job summary

Isgec Heavy Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to study enquiries, assess bid feasibility, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals. Responsibilities

• Study enquiry and check feasibility for bidding; attend pre-Bid/pre-Tender meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production & Planning, Quality, E&I and logistics teams for proposals.
• Obtain competitive sub-vendor quotations based on BOM and client specs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for cost of their area like engineering and E&I items.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering project, labour, fabrication, raw material, and margins.
• Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers, Price Annexures, and Vendor Lists per project requirements.
• Follow up with sales for clarifications on techno-commercial offers.
• Conduct Kick-off meeting within Internal departments after receiving Purchase Order.
• Allocate budgets for items during execution for better output.
• Perform Order Vs Estimation Analysis and prepare reports.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Study Enquiry and check feasibility for bidding. Attending pre-Bid/pre-Tender meetings with clients.
2. Collaborating with internal teams like Engineering, Production and Planning, Quality, Electrical & Instrumentation and logistics teams for a better outcome of the proposal.
3. Obtaining competitive sub-vendor quotations for project materials based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) and client's specifications.
4. Coordinating with all the stakeholders for getting cost of their area like engineering and E&I Items.
5. Preparing detailed cost estimates encompassing project, labour, fabrication, raw material, and profit margin components.
6. Preparing Techno-Commercial Offers, Price Annexures, and Proposed Vendor Lists to ensure transparent and competitive quotations according to the project and client's requirements.
7. Following up with the sales for clarifications on techno commercial offer.
8. Conducting Kick-off meeting within Internal departments after receiving Purchase Order.
9. Allocating specific budgets for different items during the execution of a project for better output.
10. Performing Order Vs Estimation Analysis and preparing report
