Unique Properties in Pune is seeking a seasoned project estimator and planner to oversee estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for complex projects.

The role requires 15 years of experience and strong proficiency in Estimation, Planning, MS Excel, and Primavera P6/MS Project, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will coordinate with site teams, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Estimation, Planning, BOQ, Cost Control, and Project Scheduling.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
