• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses for commercial interior and Design & Build projects
• Review architectural, MEP, and interior drawings to derive accurate quantities and scope
• Support tendering and proposal preparation by analysing specifications, scope, and cost implications
• Source, validate, and benchmark vendor and material quotations; support procurement and negotiations
• Provide cost inputs during planning and execution, track budget vs actuals, and flag variances
• Assist project teams with value engineering to optimise cost without compromising quality
