Job description

• Project Analysis: Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to define the scope of work for electrical panels and Automation Projects.
• Cost Estimation: Develop accurate, techno-commercial cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment for electrical and automation control panels.
• BOM Creation: Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs) for panel components.
• Component Selection: Select appropriate switchgear, automation products (PLCs, HMIs), and other electrical components based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Design & Schematics: Create electrical schematics and general arrangement drawings in software like AutoCAD.
• Tender & Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and tender documents, including cost breakdowns.
• Vendor Management: Obtain and negotiate pricing from suppliers and manufacturers for components.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., project managers) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants) to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in project estimates and develop mitigation strategies.
