Job summary

Prime Estates is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials and labor, and to manage billing processes efficiently. The role requires deep cost control expertise and close collaboration with contractors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in estimation and billing within construction, and hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in estimation and billing within the construction and engineering industry only.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Estimation Software, Billing systems and Project Management tools.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal agencies.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, contracts, cost control.
